Are there any requirements to join Leadership Lab?
No experience or income requirements – the only requirement is are you willing, coachable and hungry.
When does it start?
The official start date is August 6, 2025. But we will begin preparation including the Personal & Professional Audit in July 2025.
How do I access my bonuses?
Most of your bonuses will be delivered when the mastermind officially begins in August 2025.
Note: there are some bonuses that require your final balance to be paid before they are granted.
Will Eric actually coach me?
Eric will be heavily involved with the mastermind group including hot-seat coaching during the monthly mastermind calls and the virtual/in-person exclusive events.
What if I can't make the in-person event?
We strongly recommend trying to come to Vegas for our in-person event in March 2026. But if you cannot make it we’ll provide virtual access to the event.
